This highly interactive, participative and enjoyable course was designed to set the building blocks and realigned their attitudes and makes the participants aware of the challenges, both mental and physical, demanded of them, to be a highly rated performer in an organization noted for its role and contributions as a global player. The program had combined skills, knowledge, attitude and team culture based training methods to help participants to be more aware of their roles and responsibilities within their respective teams and the organization.
It is a truism that every corporate citizen is an asset to the company. A program of continuous development will ensure a healthier, stronger, and dynamic organization, one that is better equip to take on the challenges and demands of the ever-changing environments.

hmm...it's a great experience sharing with and learning something from this program's participants.
furthermore, most of them are holding important roles in their community.
